20 at 50% speed. Little break. 20 more a little faster. Little Break. 20 more with 75% speed. And a few more sets if you want, but not above 75% speed.

Take some videos of yourself doing this exercise, preferably a few regular speed and a few slow motion so you can see you you look from the side. Feel free to send them over to me.

Watch this video and start doing these exercises. If you have therapy or exercise bands (low resistance ones), you can also search youtube for exercises that use those.
